Our work

This Mercedes Sprinter was suffering with limp mode (reduced power) due to an Adblue fault as well as a blocked DPF filter. We resolved the Adblue issue and then proceeded with our DPF chemical clean / regeneration service to reduce the soot / backpressure levels to an acceptable level meaning this vehicle can now self regenerate. Limp mode cured and full engine power resumed!

This Seat Leon came in for some diagnostic work as it was down on power. After some road tests we quickly diagnosed a faulty wastegate actuator was the culprit! With the actuator replaced we finally had boost, however this vehicle was also suffering with an erratic idle. Live data showed massive fluctuations in fuel pressure so we replaced the fuel pressure sensor (common fault on these engines) and then finally this Leon was running as it should! After some more roads tests to confirm boost/fueling was all in check we proceeded with uploading our stage 1 software. After more road tests to confirm as was good we were happy to hand this vehicle back to the customer. Considering this car came to us in limp mode and then left with 205hp & 420nm of torque, to say this customer was over the moon would definitely be an understatement!

This Seat Leon PD140 came in for a Stage 1 & the EGR coding out to get rid of the engine warning light. Don't let that nuisance warning light cause an MOT fail, we can sort it! This car turned out to have been previously remapped, we went ahead anyway to allow the customer to compare our software to the existing, on returning from the test drive the smile on their face told us all we needed to know!
